Which are the procedures for a booking? |

Well, it’s really easy. All you have to do is to get in touch with us at (450) 686-8032 or at 1(877) 686-8032. We will send you the formal booking as well as the agreement by fax or e-mail. You sign the agreement and return it to us by fax and send us a deposit of 50% as well. Deposits are non-refundable. |

We accept payments in cash, business cheques, credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express or debit cards. You can also open a commercial account with our company, which will offer you a credit term of net 30 days upon credit approval. Nevertheless, the first order is to be paid on delivery. |

Due to several factors, such as the kind of the rented product, the quantity and the distance to cover, we are unable to establish a fix rate. For more information, do not hesitate to contact one of our consultants who will be pleased to answer your questions.

Which are the electricity needs for my event? |

The details for the electrical needs of your event will be attached to our offer or booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to verify your electrical resources. Of course, if you wish, we can supply you with the generators at an additional cost. |

What is the meaning of a 15 Amp circuit? |
  |
| |
A 15 Amp circuit equates a standard electrical outlet. Please ensure that the five outlets are connected to five different breakers. Example: two different outlets on the same wall do not necessarily imply a connection to two different breakers. It is preferable to verify your circuits before the arrival of our team, in order to avoid any delay in the installation. |

Do we need electricity for the games with inflatables? |

Yes. Our games with inflatables operate with blowers that each need a 15 Amp circuit and should be supplied all along during the activities. |

Is the installation of the games with inflatables safe? |
  |
| |
Safety criteria are essential for Festi-Fêtes. It is mandatory that all our inflatables be anchored to the ground (grass, bitumen, concrete, pebble and gravel) or braced (concrete blocks, barrels of water). Furthermore, as a precaution, we install, free of charge, mattresses for these games. Games that are installed indoors do not need to be anchored. It is very important to understand that the anchorage is used to maintain the game fixed in case of wind. If the wind becomes stronger than 30 km/h, the game will be immediately deflated for the safety of the participants. |

How does it take to install the inflatables? |

In general, it takes about 20 to 30 minutes per game once the equipment has reached the premises. However, it can also take a little longer, because of unknown factors that might occur during the installation. |

Is the supervision of your games included in the price? |
  |
| |
No. Supervision costs are not included in the price. However, we can offer you this service at an additional cost. All our supervisors are trained in animation, first aid and CPR. The costs of $150, taxes not included, allow you a maximum of six (6) straight hours of supervision; for each additional hour add $25. |

Are we obliged to supervise the inflatables we rent? |
  |

Yes. Rental flatables have to be supervised at any time and in a safe manner. At the time of booking, you will obtain all the necessary information with regard to the number of supervisors required for the total of your games. You may supervise them yourself or take advantage of our internal supervisory services for games, at some additional costs. |

Are your inflatables and marquees fireproof? |

Of course, all our inflatable games and marquees are produced with a fire retardant agent according to the industry standards. |

Do we have to clean the rental equipment before returning it? |
  |

It depends on the rented equipment; please find hereafter our requirements:
Candy machine: You are requested to clean this equipment before returning it. If the cleaning has not been done, you will be billed with a $25 clean-up cost, before taxes, per equipment.
BBQ grill: méchoui: You are requested to clean this equipment before returning it. If the cleaning has not been done, you will be billed with a $45 clean-up cost, before taxes, per equipment.
Service equipment: You are requested to clean this equipment before returning it. If the cleaning has not been done, you will be billed with a $15 clean-up cost, before taxes, per equipment. |

What are your billing politics for damaged or broken material? |
  |

You have two options. The first option is to subscribe an insurance, which fee is 7% of the total amount of your order. This amount will be billed as soon as you receive the material and covers all material damaging. However, it does not cover lost or stolen material. The second option is the billing of a replacement cost only once you return the material, if and only if the material returns broken or damaged or if it is missing. These costs are fixed according to the acquisition cost of the article or the costs for repair of the damage. |

What happens if it is raining? |

In case of rain, you may postpone your event; you can get in touch with a contact person at Festi-Fêtes before noon the day before your anticipated delivery to postpone your event; 10% of the total amount of your contract, not exceeding a maximum of 500$, will be retained as a compensation for service charges. The balance of your deposit will be applied against another rental or purchase and has to be used within one year. |

When do we have to pay the balance of our booking? |

The balance of your booking is payable on receipt. We accept business cheques and payments in cash. Payments by credit card have to be carried out two days before the happening. |
